Residential Service Agency (RSA)

Our Residential Service Agency offers home health care services to individuals who are sick or disabled but not necessarily related to our clients. Our team of healthcare professionals includes Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Nursing Aides (CNAs).

Registered Nurse (RN)

Our RNs provide direct patient care and supervision, as well as manage and evaluate patient care. They are responsible for administering IV drugs, shots, and tube feedings, changing dressings, and providing instruction on diabetes care. Additionally, they provide skilled interventions such as IV infusions, PICC line care, wound/ostomy care, monitoring unstable conditions, and evaluating patient responses to medication changes. They also provide instruction on respiratory care, disimpaction/enema, patient/caregiver education, and ventilator maintenance/care.

Nursing Aides (CNA)

Our CNAs offer part-time and intermittent services to assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, showering, catheter care, household services, and meal preparation.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Our LPNs assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, using the bathroom, and performing daily exercises. They also help change bandages, dressings, and catheters, and administer medication or IVs. LPNs closely monitor and assess patient conditions on a daily basis.
